Ukraine is not Russia, we are not fraternal nations and have never been. Russia has been stubbornly promoting this narrative for hundreds of years, and now Ukrainians need to remove this “stigma” by proving to the world that we are a distinctive independent state with deep cultural traditions that have nothing to do with Russia.
That is why cultural diplomacy is so important. This, in particular, was discussed by the participants of the Forum “Cultural Front. The Art of Victory”.
