To mark the anniversary of the liberation of Kyiv region, the National Museum-Reserve “Battle for Kyiv in 1943” held a large-scale event “We liberated Kyiv region, we will liberate Ukraine!”. The exhibition included a photo exhibition “Liberation of Irpin”. Among other exhibits, there were terrible reminders of the russian occupation of Kyiv region, creatively reworked by talented artists.

Here you can see anti-tank shell casings painted in various techniques, combat robots created from the wreckage of russian missiles and downed helicopters. The museum says that after the exhibition, these art objects will be sent to charity auctions in Europe. All proceeds will go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Battle for Kyiv Museum also exhibits a painting by Iryna Tretiak “Moscow burned!” After all, why not? Even such a creative visualization of a dream brings us closer to victory.
